Woodland Bdu
BDU’s…Digital or reg woodland?
Ok, so I’m going to get some BDU’s for airsoft with my buddies, but I don’t know what is better; the old regular woodland BDU’s or the digital woodland camo BDU’s. Which should I get and WHY?
This is just my opinion, but I like the older style woodland for actual forest or mixed vegetation wooded areas, especially if there there is a lot of cover and you are in a lot of shadows a lot. If the area is more open and has more grassy areas in it then I kind of like the newer digital woodland…maybe its just me but the new digital seems to have a lot of brown in it, and the older style is darker and greener??? Most of the time I use the multi-cam pattern from Crye. The multi cam is not as dark as the old woodland pattern, but it seems to be a good multi purpose camo especially if you are going in and out of different environments on the same mission…such as crossing a lot of fields between wooded areas…
