how does having a large water reservoir tank 50 feet behind my house affect its resale value?
It really shouldn’t. Any downward pressure on the price (no pun intended) was already in place when you bought the house. You just have to sell it to somebody else who sees having a water tower that close as not a problem at all. It wouldnt stop me from buying your house if I liked it.
