How do you convert a non-religious christian to Judaism?
my friend wants me (i am jewish) and her jewish boyfriend to convert her to judaism. what prayers should we perform, and is this possible without going to a synagogue? also, can you give me a website that has any specific prayers on it, if needed for the process? THANKS LOVERS <3
I don’t want to be insulting.
She can’t convert at all unless she goes to a Rabbi first, through the synagogue, and through a Jewish Rabbinical Court overseeing her learning.
If she is serious then she will do this and complete her learning and be accepted into the Jewish community as a Jewish person.
There’s no “prayer” or whatever you call it to wave a magic wand and say that someone is now a Jew, and if Jesus is in the picture she also will not be able to convert.
Sounds like a joke to me.
