Rail Adapter
Will a 9800 GT work with a 550w power supply?
I want to get a 9800 GT for my computer but I have a 550W power supply with 24A on the 12v rail, It says it requires a 400W with 26A on the 12v rail, will it work? Also my power supply doesn’t have the pci-e 6pin so I will have to use two molex to 6-pin adapter.
Actually I want the EVGA 9800 GT Superclocked to be specific.

Im leaning more toward the BFG one, but it requires more on the +12v

i have a 550w with my xfx 9800 gt xxx it works fine i used to have a 350 and it would cause lag spikes and freezing
