What ,if any charges do you think the ten year old fire starter should get?
would you feel the same if your home was destroyed. how about if this was not his first time setting things on fire.
Depends on what happened and why he did it.
Was it an accident?Curiosity?Purposely?
He should talk to a Shrink and a Lawyer for a determination hearing of some sort.
Did he get the concept of what could happen playing with matches?
I recall using matches at ten to light camp fires
never thought it could burn down the whole forest if I were not careful.
