Cantilever Mount
Quick Question?
I am looking at purchasing a plasma tv. What I want to buy is a 42 inch plasma, but will need a cantilever mount for it. I went to Best Buy and Circuit City and the best price I found was $2100. That is for the installation and everything.
I was able to find a local seller who needs to sell his tv and mount quickly, and I could get it for $850.
Does anyone see much of a problem with getting a less than 1 year old Panasonic Plasma? I mean I save 1400 bucks. Which leads to my 2nd question, how easy is it to mount a tv?

I see no problem with the used TV – go for it as long as you have checked it out thoroughly and seen the picture.
Mounting a flat screen on a wall is not too hard if you are handy with tools and understand what you are doing. The mount needs to be attached to the wall studs. It might be good to get a local handyman to do that part if you are not sure about it.
