Ok im skinny 16 year old guy and looking to bulk up over the summer a bit. does this workout hit most muscles in the body?
-Wide grip bench press
-narrow grip bench press
-deadlifts
-seated military press
-over hand bent over rows
-underhand bent over rows
and p.s. is 5-8 the ideal rep range for bulking up?
yea those will work pretty well. throw in something to work your traps tricepts and bicepts cause they will help u look bigger and i assume you are too cool to work legs so i wont go into that.
yes ideally you want to use 80percent of your max and you should be able to do that about 5-6 times for gaining mass.
and don’t forget to take in a couple hundred grams of protein a day
